TISE to Make China Debut This Year
IRVING, Tex. — The International Surface Event (TISE) will be heading to China in December.
The Surface + Design Event China will be held on Dec. 11-13 at the Shanghai New International Exhibition Center (SNIEC) in Shanghai
It’s the first overseas event for TISE, which includes SURFACES, StonExpo/Marmomac and the TileExpo in its annual North American show during January in Las Vegas.
Organized by UBM China, the China Chamber of Commerce of Metals Minerals & Chemicals Importers & Exporters (CCCMC), in partnership with the team from The International Surface Event’s flagship event, the event will showcase stone, tile, floor, and wall covering products, installation and maintenance tools, and technologies.
The event aims to create a networking and business platform for the floor and wall covering industry, and to bring together buyers, suppliers, manufacturers, designers, and other industry professionals to keep up with the trend, see the latest technologies and innovations, most importantly to develop new business opportunities.
While the construction industry worldwide continues to grow, TISE is looking at various countries and opportunities to assist companies in gaining both access and understanding of the latest trends and innovations in this expanding market, while opening business opportunities to new markets.
“China has one of largest construction industries in the world. With rapid urbanization, a growing population, and government investment in infrastructure, China’s construction industry is expected to experience even bigger growth,” said TISE Show Director Amie Gilmore Gonzalez, CEM.
TISE 2020 will be Jan. 27-30 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas.
