TISE 2017 Seeking Presentations
IRVING, Texas – The International Surface Event (TISE) is looking for proposals and people for its educational program next January in Las Vegas – and a deadline for submissions that’s less than two weeks away.
Informa Exhibitions issued a call yesterday for presentation, demonstration and session proposals to all educators, consultants and specialists who want to share their knowledge and business expertise as presenters for the IGNITE educational program set for TISE 2017 on Jan. 17-20 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center.
The IGNITE education program will address issues and deliver topics that go beyond the edge to inspire, motivate and provide knowledge and possibilities to the floor covering, stone and tile industries. The deadline for submitting proposals is March 7.
TISE is focused on targeted educational tracks that speak to these audience segments and cover a wide range of topics from trends, forecasting, business and marketing to expanding technical skills and proficiency.
TISE is seeking:
- Qualified speakers and skilled demonstrators who enjoy connecting with others to further the expertise and knowledge within their field;
- Unique perspectives and information to engage industry professionals;
- Sessions that can be presented 90 minutes and demonstrations of 30 minutes;
- Timely, practical information that can be immediately implemented in the workplace.
The program is designed to help attendees increase their bottom line and expand their technical knowledge while exploring the latest trends.
“This year’s IGNITE program was incredible, exceeding expectations and raising the bar on the level of information attendees received through the program,” said TISE Education Manager Jennifer Hughes. “Our goal is to remain the unparalleled resource for real-world education for industry professionals ready to expand their knowledge and skills.
“It will be interesting to see what unique, thought-provoking and technically smart entries are submitted for our TISE 2017 IGNITE education. We’re looking for new, innovative game-changers!”
Topic submissions should focus on applications-oriented, real world, problem-solving topics and be free of promotional materials to sell a product or service.
The primary audience of the education program includes residential and commercial builders, retailers, distributors, designers, architects, installers, fabricators and other ancillary industry professionals.
The deadline for submitting Call for Proposals is March 7. Interested parties should complete the Call for Proposals Survey on the show website at http://www.tisewest.com/Attendee/Conference/GetInvolved. A carefully selected industry advisory committee will review and rank proposals to assist in the development of the program.
Questions should be directed to Jennifer Hughes at 972-536-6320 or jennifer.hughes@informa.com
