Stone, Spain, Tapas in NYC
NEW YORK – Join Stone from Spain here on Nov. 3 to learn more on harnessing the full potential of modern dimensional stone.
The event, at the Decoration & Design Building in Manhattan from 5-8 p.m., offers continuing-education unit (CEU) credit, includes presentations, a materials showcase and … tapas and cava.
Event speakers include:
- Ignacio Fernandez Solla, renowned Spanish architect, specialist in building facades and exteriors and an expert in the stone-construction technology in Spanish architecture; and
- William Menking, architect and editor-in-chief of The Architect’s Newspaper, an architectural magazine which promotes the Facades+ Conference, a forum which analyzes the design and construction of building facades and exteriors.
Ryan Fasan, an expert in the Spanish industry and a specifier of the product, will be the moderator for the evening.
Participating Stone from Spain companies are Amorós & Collado, Cupa Group, Levantina, Mármoles Serrat and Select Spanish Stone Projects (Triples Projects).
One LU|HSW AIA credit is available for the event.
The Stone from Spain presentation will be held in the 14th Floor restaurant of the Decoration and Design Building, located at 979 Third Ave. in New York.
