SOFTWARE: Fabrication Coordination

Measurers and installers are now able to receive their daily schedules on their phone and receive their routes with mapping functionality, eliminating the manual process of email scheduling and paper route planning. In one click, the app allows them to send a text or make a call to the customer and let them know they are on their way.

In addition, customers receive appointment reminder emails letting them know what they should prepare before the measurers or installers arrive. This creates a better customer experience.

The app is compatible with iPhone, Android, Windows and Blackberry mobile devices and can also be accessed via any Internet browser. The software also integrates with Moraware’s JobTracker and complements other Job Tracking systems.

Hallmark Stone in Missouri has implemented the app into their business.

“Job Well Done has enhanced communication for our entire staff, helping increase our bottom line and create a more connected and efficient workplace,” said Fred Christen, owner of Hallmark Stone. “The instantaneous information-sharing that is possible thanks Job Well Done allows us to better serve our customers.”

“We set out to solve many of the issues and challenges stone-fabrication shops have as it relates to the communication and management of their measurers and installers, said Ryan Olson, co-founder of The OHO Group. “With the rise of mobile devices in the field and technology being used to create more efficient business processes, fabrication shops are finding a lot of value in Job Well Done.

“Fabrication shops also see significant cost savings by reducing the amount of time employees spend on tasks that have always been tedious and manual, allowing them to get back to revenue generating activities.”
