Silestone® Partners with Homes For Our Troops

CORAL GABLES, Fla. – Silestone by® Cosentino announces a three-year national partnership in providing surfacing for Homes For Our Troops (HFOT), a non-profit group that builds and donates specially adapted custom homes nationwide to severely injured post-9/11 veterans.

The partnership will include Silestone surfacing for an estimated 90 homes. Cosentino joins the ranks of other top brands like Kohler, Whirlpool and Armstrong Flooring that also support HFOT.

Since its founding in 2004, HFOT has built more than 241 homes for veterans nationwide, with 85 projects currently underway.

At a recent Key Ceremony in Rapid City, S.D. for U.S. Army Sergeant Wayne Swier’s HFOT new residence, the veteran expressed his gratitude to the organization.

“I’m very honored and very grateful to have such a beautiful home to live out the rest of our lives in,” he said.
