Scratch Joins Materials Marketing

CHICAGO – Cathy Scratch is the new the Director of Business and Product Development in the Midwest region for Materials Marketing Ltd.

Cathy ScratchScratch will be headquartered at the Chicago showroom for the fully integrated manufacturer of hand-carved architectural and dimensional stone, where she will be in charge of developing new business, leading sales activities and overseeing both residential and commercial project. She’ll also serve on Material Marketing’s new product development team.

“With the primary focus on customer relationships and new product development, this is a great opportunity for Materials Marketing to re-engage with our current and past clients, while forming fresh relationships with architects, builders, home owners and designers for all their stone and tile needs,” Scratch said.

With more than 25 years as an architectural designer working withluxury-home builders and architects throughout the Chicagoland area, Scratch hasstrong ties and depth of expertise within the industry. A member of the Chicago Boardof Realtors and the Illinois Association of Realtors, Scratch is a GREEN® CertifiedReal Estate Professional, as well a Residential New Construction Specialist.

Scratch received her interior-design degree from the acclaimed former Ray-Vogue Collegeof Design (now the Illinois Institute of Art-Chicago).
