Rockhead Group Adds to Eastern U.S. Lineup

CLEVELAND – The Rockhead Group USA LLC (RGU) continues to strengthen its national presence, adding Eastern Surfaces of Allentown, Pa. as its latest member.

“We train our staff to educate the customer and set expectations,” said Brian Rocca, Eastern Surfaces owner-partner. “From pre-sale to template we teach our people to listen to the customer and answer the questions they don’t know to ask. We believe the Rockhead Group’s processes and best practices could enhance our current training program as well as providing Eastern Surfaces new and tested ideas to grow our company.

Dr. Dawn Kennedy, CEO of the Rockhead Group, noted that the organization recently released its interactive best-practices report, and she credited the emphasis on best practices and benchmarking as a driver of membership growth.

“While we have a phenomenal member buying program which offers members multiple rewards in terms of discounts and cash rebates, it is the live retreats and monthly virtual meetings, which focus on moving the profit needle, that truly represent the value of the organization,” Kennedy said.

The next Rockhead live retreat will be Jan. 16-17 in Las Vegas during StonExpo Marmomacc America. Group co-founders Paul Menninger of Capitol Granite in Midlothian, Va., and Eric Tryon of Premier Surfaces in Alpharetta, Ga., will be the primary facilitators.

“This retreat promises to bring our members significant business intelligence in both the areas of statistical analysis and enhanced data retrieval as well information on leveraging the human capital in our shops,” Menninger said.
