Blick Industries, Laguna Beach, Calif., introduces the Saw Cup for use with CNC and manual production centers with a saw aggregate attachment. The unit places a disposable top on the company’s suction cups, offering protection from blade edges and allowing cup placement for support regardless of tool path – the cups can go right under the sawing area. The product will be available in most of the company’s suction-cup sizes.

ONLINE THIN-SET COURSE
The University of Ceramic Tile and Stone (UofCTS), San Diego, introduces its  Tile Installer Thin-set Certification (TITC) course, available in English and Spanish. Developed for tile installers who work with stone, ceramic, porcelain, glass or any other adhered tile products, the course offers a comprehensive review of the tile thin-set adhesive installation standards and methods following ANSI A108, the TCNA Handbook, and common installation material manufacturer’s requirements. Once registered, students have 14 days to complete the course at their own rate.
