Online Auction of Large SE U.S. Fabricator Begins Sept. 19
ATLANTA — Heritage Global Partners (HGP) will manage an upcoming global online auction featuring all assets of Seven Stone Surface Fabrication Inc., a significant provider of countertop sourcing, fabrication and installation services in the southeast United States.
The sale will begin Sept. 19 at 7 a.m. Eastern Time, unless a well-capitalized going concern buyer or buyers agrees to purchase the entire Seven Stone operation prior to the anticipated auction date.
The auction includes Seven Stone’s headquarters location here in Atlanta, along with facilities in Nashville; Charlotte; Winston-Salem, N.C.; and Greenville, S.C. Beginning as Custom Services Inc. in the 1980s, the company operated as Oldcastle Surfaces Inc. until last year, when Dublin, Ireland-based CRH plc sold the operations to new ownership headed by Mark Blanchard.
“Our upcoming auction presents a tremendous opportunity for bidders to acquire large quantities of stone countertop fabrication and installation equipment, stone inventory, facility support and production tooling from five well-equipped locations,” stated Ty Lindley, HGP Director of Sales.
The auction will be conducted exclusively online and includes:
- Stone countertop fabrication and installation equipment;
- Large quantity of stone slabs / raw material inventory including granite, marble, quartz, etc.;
- CNC waterjet systems and edge finishers;
- Twin and single table routers;
- Programmable bridge saws with pneumatic tables;
- Chevy, Ford, Isuzu and Mitsubishi trucks and trailers; and
- General facility support.
Offers can be made for inventory prior to the auction.
