Enhancements to the showroom include the installation of LED lighting to improve the product selection process, new display fixtures showcasing a greater variety of MSI surfaces and sinks, and a larger, customer-friendly consultant desk.

Against the backdrop of MSI’s vast line of products, the expanded 5,600 square-foot showroom includes a revamped slab gallery kiosk to enhance the shopping experience, and a large flat-screen television showcasing product bundles not displayed in the gallery.

A state-of-the-art, climate -controlled gallery for QTM Natural Premium Quartz was added to the main showroom.

A new warehouse was added to house millions of square feet of flooring options including porcelain, ceramic, LVT, mosaics, and natural stone. Expansion carried through to the slab warehouse as well, and additional overhead cranes were installed to improve operational efficiency.

“Our knowledgeable and friendly staff are on-hand to answer questions and help you find the products you want,” said Mark Chaney, MSI Kansas branch leader. “We’re truly a one-stop-shop for every surfacing need.”
