New SFA Workshop Next February

The first shop-based workshop for the Stone Fabricators Alliance next year will be the just-announced Feb. 26-27 at Vintage Granite in Mesa, Ariz. Vintage’s TJ Sherwood and Defusco Industrial Supply will host the event.

Although the theme is still being set for the workshop, the initial agenda offers several sessions on seaming and top polishing. The first trials for the 2015 SFA Fabricator Olympics are also set for 9 a.m. on Feb. 27.

Also, Mark Lauzon and Joey Marcella are the first two headliners named for the SFA MegaWorkshop at TISE 2015 in Las Vegas on Jan. 21 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. Other speakers will be announced later for the session from 1-4 p.m. An SFA appreciation party follows the MegaWorkshop; both events are free.
