FLAT GRINDING
Alpha Professional Tools®, Oakland, N.J., introduces the Vextra flat grinding disc for use on a variety of surfaces, including natural stone, engineered stone/quartz surfaces, wood and rubber, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals. The design reduces spark, and will also remove rust, burrs, mill scale and paint on metal surfaces (as well as epoxy, glues and adhesives) without clogging the grinding surface. The sandwich construction with rubber makes the grinding disc light, and reduces vibration and noise to reduce fatigue of an operator. The Vextra has an optimized diamond grit and layer arrangement offering a long life and consistent performance without downtime. The discs are available in 4.5”, 5” and 7” diameters with 7/8” arbor or with 5/8”-11 zinc hub.
