New ISFA Membership Director
INGOMAR, Pa. – Heather Duve is the new membership director The International Surface Fabricators Association (ISFA).
Duve will focus on membership growth and retention, as well as contribute to the development of events, programs, groups, resources, and other initiatives.
Before joining ISFA, Duve served as membership and development director at the Illinois-based Water Quality Association. The WQA represents the point-of-use, point-of-entry water treatment industry in the United States.
Duve has devoted her career efforts to the nonprofit sector, holding membership services positions for various associations, particularly trade associations. She holds a Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation from the American Society of Association Executives.
Duve says she is thrilled to join the ISFA team.
“I’m looking forward to applying my expertise to drive membership growth and engagement … and the creation and expansion of programs and resources that support fabricators and other industry professionals,” she said.
Marissa Bankert, ISFA executive director, is confident Duve has the expertise to drive growth and opportunity for members.
“Her passion for association management and member services is a perfect fit for the organization, and we are excited to see how far she can help us expand membership and increase engagement,” Bankert said.
