Neolith Grows North American Market Share
CASTELLÓN, Spain – Super-sheet manufacturer TheSize reports year-over-year sales doubling since the 2011 introduction of its sintered compact-size product Neolith in North America.
As the first sintered compact surface to appear on the market, Neolith cites a U.S. sales increase of more than 80% between 2012 and 2013. Sales for both the U.S. and Canada are expected to double this year, placing Neolith in a solid position going into 2015.

Made from clays, feldspar, silica and mineral oxides, Neolith is a pioneer in sinterization, the high-pressure, high-temperature kilning process that forms the product. This process results in one of the most resilient surfaces on the market, unfazed by sharp objects, extreme heat or cold, moisture, and harsh chemicals.
Available in 35 colors across six pattern collections and several thicknesses, Neolith is also the first brand to offer a 12mm thickness, which holds less residual strength, making it far less likely to crack or splinter while being cut. This resilience means that professionals do not need to look for thicker materials to meet their design needs—the 12mm thickness can be easily fabricated to any desired thickness.
The various style collections are a result of Neolith’s innovative Digital Design (NDD) decoration technique. This system is pushing the boundaries of what colors and textures are possible from sintered compact surfaces.
