MSI Donates in Support of Wounded Veteran, Family
McKINNEY, Texas – A U.S. Air Force veteran and his family have a new home, thanks in part to M S International.
USAF Senior Airman Brandon Byers (Ret.) and his family are in a specially designed home, built by the Gary Sinese Foundation’s R.I.S.E. program. MSI donated surfacing materials through their membership in MIA+BSI (the Natural Stone Institute).
“I believe all of us who enjoy the benefits of freedom should help give back to our nation’s defenders —especially our wounded veterans, who are often overlooked,” said Manu Shah, MSI CEO. “It’s truly an honor to participate in the R.I.S.E. program, and our privilege to help the Byers family enjoy a comfortable, accessible home.”
MIA+BSI supports the R.I.S.E. program by providing natural stone materials, fabrication, and installation for homes designed for severely wounded veterans and their families.
Several of MSI’s surfaces are featured in the home, including Fantasy Brown marble countertops in the master bath, Augusta White marble counters in the kitchen, laundry-room counters are covered in Silvestre Gray granite and Black Pearl granite with a kitchen office nook.
