MIA Offers 2014 Stone Summit Schedule

CLEVELAND – The 2014 series of the fabricator-friendly Stone Summits from the Marble Institute of America (MIA) begins next month, with sessions schedule throughout the year in the United States and Canada.

The lineup, produced by the MIA and Stone World, begins with the Northern California Stone Summit on Feb. 13 at M S International in Hayward, Calif. The schedule includes the “Marketing Your Company in Today’s Business Environment” presentation by Marty Gould of Focalize Now, along with a fabricator forum, a tour of M S International’s facility and plenty of networking opportunities.

The day-long session is available for $99 per person for installers and fabricators, and $240 per person for suppliers and stone distributors. Breakfast, lunch and happy hour is included with the package; dach attendee will receive a $25 credit for items from the MIA bookstore, and non-MIA member companies that join prior to or during the seminar will be able to send two employees to a seminar for free (a $198 value).

March 20 – Raleigh, N.C.
April 17 – New York (Edison, N.J.)
May 14 – Toronto (Mississauga, Ont.)
June 19 – Washington (Dulles, Va.)
Nov. 6 – Phoenix (Tempe, Ariz.)
Nov. 13 – Southern California (Anaheim, Calif.)
