Majestic Acquires Piedmont Marble, Tiffany Marble & Glass
RALEIGH, N.C. – Majestic Kitchen & Bath Creations today announced the acquisitions Greensboro, N.C.-based Piedmont Marble and Tiffany Marble & Glass Co. on Dec. 19.
As part of the company’s strategic plan to increase market share throughout the Carolinas, the move will extend Majestic’s brand presence and its products and services beyond eastern North Carolina.

Majestic expects to complete full integration of the two new companies by March 1. Majestic will consolidate the operations and showrooms of Tiffany Marble & Glass into Piedmont Marble’s existing Greensboro facility, located at 3326 Pleasant Garden Road. The Greensboro customer showroom will be renovated to showcase Majestic’s expanded full line of stone surface, marble and glass products.
Majestic will introduce its extensive marble and glass product line into Piedmont Marble and Tiffany Glass & Marble’s current offerings. Additionally, customers will see expanded kitchen and bath solutions represented by Majestic’s granite and solid-surface products.
The acquisitions will expand Majestic’s existing countertop showroom locations in Raleigh and Wilmington into Greensboro.
Majestic is making strategic investments to expand its presence in the Carolinas. Last September, the company hired Scott Byers as its new president and chief executive officer. Byers is an experienced business transformation executive who formerly led EDM, one of the nation’s leading information solutions providers.
