LATICRETE Taps Brown as HR VP
BETHANY, Conn. – LATICRETE International Inc. appoints Laura Brown to the new post of vice president of human resources.
Brown brings to LATICRETE a strong portfolio, working with global brands such as Southern Air, Pepperidge Farm/Campbell Soup Company, Sara Lee, and Coca-Cola. Brown will be reporting to, and working directly with, LATICRETE Chairman/CEO, David A. Rothberg.
“Dr. Henry M. Rothberg built a company where employees, customers and business partners felt like family,” said David Rothberg. “When my brother and co-owner, Henry B. Rothberg, and I started the search for our first ever vice president of human resources, we knew he or she had a vital and huge role to fill; to maintain that family feeling while continuing our astronomical global growth.

Brown comes to LATICRETE with a degree in accounting and business administration from ITC A. Fusinieri in Vicenza, Italy. In her new position, she will lead the human-resources strategy and organizational initiatives in support of the company’s growth, and provide leadership development and people strategies for the company.
