Integra Adhesives Now Part of SCIGRIP

DURHAM, N.C. – SCIGRIP Smarter Adhesive Solutions, a global manufacturer of structural and engineered adhesive products, acquired Integra Adhesives Inc. in a deal finalized and announced on Tuesday.

Durham-based SCIGRIP acquired Integra from its president/founder, Doug Turner, and its shareholders.

Integra, based in Abbotsford, B.C., specializes in the manufacture of adhesive products for solid surface, quartz, and natural stone.

Integra Adhesives will maintain its headquarters in Abbotsford and operate manufacturing in both North Carolina and British Columbia, and continue its 15-year tradition of innovation, quality, and the highest level of customer service.

Additionally, Integra will better positioned to offer industry-leading solutions that produce exceptional finished goods.
