Indiana Limestone Debuts Fast-Track Showplace
OOLITIC, Ind. — Indiana Limestone Company (ILCO) recently opened an international-caliber limestone showroom to run with a fast crowd – at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
ILCO will entertain customers in its new Tower Terrace suite overlooking the racetrack’s pit row during all major races, including the Indianapolis 500, the NASCAR Crown Royal 400 at the Brickyard, the Moto GP Red Bull Indianapolis Grand Prix and the Brickyard Vintage Racing Invitational. It will also welcome guests to other Speedway events, including practice, time trials and concerts.
ILCO plans to schedule its own events there as well, such as American Institute of Architects (AIA) approved continuing education sessions with fabricators, dealers, distributors, builders and property owners.
The 21′ x 49′ luxury suite can accommodate up to 80 guests in a space developed both as a high-end company showroom/meeting center and a prime spot to enjoy racing action. The suite, remodeled to reflect the connection between limestone and the state of Indiana, is equipped with HD television and top-flight hospitality services.
“This partnership is terrific,” said Tom Quigley, Indiana Limestone Company CEO. “We’ve forged a tie between two iconic Indiana brands whose history dates back more than 100 years. It’s impossible to overstate the excitement that comes with a visit to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.”
“We’re happy to welcome Indiana Limestone to the Speedway’s Tower Terrace Suites,” said Doug Boles, president of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. “It’s great to bring together two organizations that have shaped our state’s history for more than a century.”
