Fila Offers U.S. Surface-Care Site Support
MIAMI – Fila is now offering surface-care services in the United States through its FILASERVICE division.
Designed for large site-management projects, FILASERVICE provides manufacturers, planners, contractors and builders with a variety of services, from advice on daily cleaning routines to extraordinary maintenance.
The turkey service will assist in identifying the best solutions for cleaning, protection and maintenance of any surface. Support will span from feasibility study to analysis of materials through laboratory tests; on-site technical assistance; and management of ordinary and additional maintenance.
“One of our key missions is to demonstrate that it’s rarely the fault of the tile but rather insufficient post-construction/installation cleaning, and poor cleaning and maintenance procedures,” says Jeff Moen, sales and marketing director at Miami-based Fila Chemicals USA. “By using correct methods and efficient chemicals you really can avoid most issues.”
Current U.S. FILASERVICE clients include North American quick-service restaurant chains, major automotive manufacturers, tile producers and distributors. Individual sites include the Italian Embassy in Washington, Venuti’s Restaurante and Banquet Hall in Addison, Ill., and the Mandarin , Chicago IL and Mandarin Oriental Miami Hotel.
FILASERVICE global clients from the San Martino di Lupari, Italy-based division of Fila Industria Chimica Spa include the Hotels Armani in Milan and Dubai, Palazzo Tornabuoni in Florence, Italy, and the Bilia Volvo dealers in Sweden.
