Fabricator Sponsors Countertops for Local Heroes

AURORA, Ill. – Sometime this summer, five local people working in the face of the Covid-19 crisis will get something in return – a new countertop.

The Granite & Marble Depot of Aurora is asking for residents in the Aurora, Naperville and nearby areas west of Chicago to nominate someone working on the front lines —  a nurse, a first responder, a grocery-store worker or anyone who’s inspired people during what the shop noted as “these unique times.”

Nominations are open until June 15. At that time, five outstanding nominees will be selected for new countertops.

Partnering on this initiative with Granite & Marble Depot are MSI, Dekton by Cosentino, Viatera USA, Cambria and Caesarstone US.
