ETemplate Systems Opens New Technology, Training Center
RALEIGH, N.C. – ETemplate Systems announces the opening today of its new Technology and Training Center here.
The company, headquartered in Raleigh, first introduced digital templating to the industry in 2000. Paul Hansen, founder and CEO of ETemplate, has been a technology leader in measurement processes for over 30 years, working with lasers, portable arms, photography and other systems.
Although Hansen’s initial areas of expertise was in ultra-precision machining, EI DuPont approached ETemplate to ask them to develop a useable technology for the construction industry. ETemplate was first introduced to the top 200 DuPont Fabricators at a private conference in January 2000.
“ETemplate has been the technology leader in the industry with over 500% growth since the beginning of this decade,” Hansen said. “We are always evaluating new technologies to meet the needs of more and more industries, and so the Technology and Training Center was the next logical step.
“Our expertise is in automating the measuring and design process and this new Center will provide more resources for these tasks.”
ETemplate has won several international awards in the stone, solid surface, and wood industries for both product innovations and technology developments that help the industry grow and flourish. Their award winning ELaser product line utilizes Leica 3D laser technology which has quickly become the #1 laser-templating technology worldwide.
