CupaClad® Gets New Distributor

SAVANNAH, Ga. – CupaClad® America announces that Acme Brick will now be distributing its various collections of natural-slate rainscreen materials.

CupaClad® brings to market a natural-slate rainscreen cladding that is sustainable, efficient and very modern, which for years has been specified throughout Europe. The product line was launched in North America just two years ago.

Fort Worth, Texas-based Acme Brick, founded in 1891, is one of the largest U.S.-owned manufacturers and distributors of brick and other masonry building materials. The company is part of Berkshire Hathaway Inc.

Materials are carefully chosen from 16 quarries of the firm’s parent Spanish company, Cupa Pizarras, a world leader in natural slate. An exacting quality-control program ensures that CupaClad® technical properties offers exceptional façade performance worldwide.
