Coverings 2015 Looking for Speakers/Presentations
ALEXANDRIA, Va. — Coverings is now accepting proposals for speakers and presentations at its 2015 edition on April 14-17 in Orlando, Fla.
The deadline for submitting for next year’s event is Sept. 5.
Coverings is looking for tile and stone professionals to share experience in expertise in a variety of areas, including fabrication, installation, architecture/design, green building and retailing.
Candidates can submit one or more educational, NON-PROPRIETARY proposals focusing on the core themes of the conference:
- Facilitating best practices in our professions and businesses;
- Advocating for the use of tile and stone in green building;
- Stimulating innovative and cutting-edge use of tile and stone;
- Visioning for the future of the industry – products, people, businesses; and
- Integrating tile and stone with complementary products.
All sessions will be free to registered Coverings attendees and exhibitors. Coverings is a registered provider of AIA and NKBA continuing education and applies for CEUs through IDCEC.

Selections will be made no later than Nov. 10, and all submitters will be notified of their status by Nov. 19.
