Cosentino Enhancing Midwest Distribution
ELK GROVE VILLAGE, Ill. – Cosentino Group will open a new Midwest U.S. warehouse and distribution center here.
The Spanish surfaces producer recently agreed to lease 46,000 ft² of a 128,550 ft² building at the Elk Grove Technology Park.
The new Cosentino location is located northeast of O’Hare International Airport, and a 15- to 20-minute drive from the terminals. Elk Grove Technology Park is less than 25 miles from downtown Chicago.
“While we’ve had a strong presence in the Chicago market for many years, our new occupancy at the Elk Grove Technology Park will be instrumental in drastically improving our service levels and shipping times to our customers,” said Massimo Ballucchi, Executive Director of Marketing – Americas. “We are looking forward to the partnership with Brennan Investment Group and all the conveniences and amenities that this industrial development has to offer.”
Cosentino plans on moving into the new space late in next year’s first quarter.
The Elk Grove Technology Park, developed by Chicago-based Brennan Investment Group, is an 85-acre industrial development that spans 85 acres in the heart of the O’Hare industrial submarket, with convenient access to three major highways as well as the airport. The development broke ground in 2018.

Since 2010, Brennan Investment Group has acquired over $4 billion in industrial real estate. The company’s current portfolio spans 29 states and encompasses 44 million ft².
