Cambria Pledges Product Price Freeze

LE SUEUR, Minn. – Cambria announced a price freeze across its portfolio for trade partners until at least 2028.

“With the industry navigating unpredictable supply chains, rising material overhead and cost fluctuations,” the U.S. engineered-stone producer noted in a Sept. 8 statement, “this announcement should provide some stability for builders, remodelers, interior designs and fabricators.”

Cambria recognizes that volatile market pricing makes accurate project bidding, long-term budgeting, and client cost management challenging, it said in a press release announcing the guarantee.

The company noted the price stability is due to more than $260 million in investments during the past four years, including $180 million in new facilities and processing equipment at its 1-million ft² factory in Le Sueur.

The company put $60 million in a quartz-processing plant in Randolph, Minn., to bring all of its quartz processing within the United States.

“By investing in our infrastructure and supply chain, we’ve created efficiencies that allow us to hold our pricing steady and pass those savings directly to our trade partners,” says Elizabeth Hurley, Cambria’s chief commercial officer.

“In uncertain times, doing right by our customers is the only way to do business,” added Hurley. “This pricing guarantee is our commitment to supporting the growth and success of the design and building community who partner with us every day.”
