Brazil Set for Big Marmomac
VERONA, Italy – When Marmomac opened its doors for a four-day run here Sept. 22, front and center was Brazil and the It’s Natural – Brazilian Natural Stone Pavilion, which once again took over all 10,764 ft2 of Hall 1.

Thirty-two companies were located in the It’s Natural Pavilion, an initiative promoted by the Brazilian Natural Stone Association Centrocochas, in partnership with the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency ApexBrasil. Ten other Brazilian companies also shared the same hall.
The location was rooted in the trade relationship Italy and Brazil share. In 2025, Brazil exported $117.7 million (US) worth of natural stone to Italy, an increase of 42.2% compared with 2024. Quartzite accounted for 72.8%, or $85.6 million, 66.7% more than 2024.
Before the show opened, the president of Centrorochas, Tales Machado, said those figures underscore the importance of advancing recognition of the product’s origin.
“The international market already acknowledges the quality and value of Brazilian quartzites,” he said. “Marmomac plays a crucial role in this process. Even though it is held in Europe, it brings together buyers, distributors, and specifiers from several continents.”
Three leading Brazil stone suppliers, Della Pietra, Stone Palace and Yellow Stone, took part in Marmomac Italy for the first time.
To highlight the country’s strategy further, the pavilion’s slogan was “Brazil – the World’s Leading Source of Premium Quartzites.” The country has more than 1,200 cataloged varieties of natural stones, forming one of the most diverse portfolios in the world.
