Biesse Group Opens Western U.S. Facility

ANAHEIM, Calif. – Biesse Group continues to expand its North American presence with the opening here late last month of a new West Coast showroom and service center.

Click photo for gallery“We are excited to open the new Biesse Group facility on the West Coast,” said Federico Broccoli, president/CEO of Biesse America and Biesse Canada.  “We are dedicated to providing the highest level of service and support to our customers with a goal to exceed all known industry standards.”

Manufacturers from across the western United States attended the April 23-24 grand opening; both Biesse and Intermac had a wide range of machines in operation, offering demonstrations on stone fabrication, as well as fabrication and milling of solid wood and wood panels, glass cutting and shaping, and plastic manufacturing.

This new facility serves as the West Coast service center, training facility and state-of-the-art showroom.  Manufacturers on the West Coast now have the convenience of a local office for Biesse and Intermac where they will be able to receive hands-on machinery and software training, test-drives, support and exclusive Biesse Inside and Intermac Inside educational events.

“With local, experienced and well trained service and sales staff, we will be able to improve our support by delivering a quicker and more efficient response to requests,” Broccoli added.

The new officers are located at 1240 N. Lance Lane in Anaheim, just northeast of the intersection of the 91 (Riverside) and 57 (Orange) freeways.
