All Slab Fabbers Sets Mid-October Workshop

SALT LAKE CITY — All Slab Fabbers will hold its first in-person workshop for 2021 here next month.

The Oct. 14-16 event will be held at Elevated Stoneworkz at 1839 South 900 West in  Salt Lake City.

The three-day event includes speakers on topics ranging from import slowdowns to backshop operations to absentee ownership. Fabrication tips-and-tricks demos will be going on throughout the event, along with a two-round top-polishing competition.

Participants will also have the opportunity to tour the nearby factory for Delta Stone Products.

Special room rates of $169 per night are available under the group name Äll Slab Fabbers Workshop”from the Embassy Suites by Hilton West Valley (801-307-3767) at 3524 South Market St. in Salt Lake City. The deadline for booking lodging is Sept. 26.
