VINCENT S.R.L. Separates from TYROLIT
THIENE, Italy – VINCENT S.R.L., a tooling company with a long history providing for the hard-surfaces industry – will now operate as an independent company.
VINCENT split from the corporate ownership of Austrian-based tooling giant TYROLIT last month.
Founded in 1974, VINCENT joined TYROLIT in 1994, offering industrial abrasives for processing of hard surfaces.
VINCENT, with production sites in Italy and Asia, markets its tooling in North America and South America, as well as in Europe. The company has a work force of more than 300 and a a commercial presence in over 70 countries.
The company will continue to serve its customers as before, under a new logo with the “TOOLS FOR QUARTZ INDUSTRIES” tag line to emphasize its focus on those industries where quartz, the most abundant mineral in the earth’s crust, is an essential component: natural stone, engineered stone, ceramics tiles and glass.
VINCENT’s headquarters is in Thiene, 31 miles northeast of Verona in the Veneto area of Italy.
