Hooper Joins Diamut America

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Alan Hooper joins Diamut America to lead both the redressing and manufacturing operations the company is adding in Charlotte as soon as early next month.

Alan HooperHooper brings six years of experience in operations management and plant leadership to his new role. His operational expertise will come into play as Diamut continues its expansion and growth in the North American market by adding manufacturing capabilities later in the Fall.

“I’m very excited to join Diamut America,” Hooper said. “Bringing such services to the United States will allow us to better assist our customers in the North American market by reducing delivery times and making the process more-cost-effective for them. It will be easier for people to work with us than ever before.”

Diamond tool manufacturer Diamut became part of Biesse Group in 2002. Diamut America is located on the Biesse Group campus in the Charlotte Airport Corridor and plans continued growth in 2018 and beyond.
