Silestone Coverage Goes to 15 Years
STAFFORD, Texas – Cosentino lengthened the warranty race this month, stretching protection coverage for its Silestone® quartz surfaces to 15 years.
The new owner-transferable coverage plan began Feb. 1, for Silestone surfaces – along with the company’s Integrity sinks – purchased from an authorized installer or dealer, and permanently installed in a single-family residence.
The improved warranty ensures coverage for up to 15 years from the date of the original installation, regardless of the original owner. This goes beyond warranties limited to the original owner of the surface; the new warranty can transferred between homeowners with the sale/purchase of a home.
“Silestone’s new limited transferable 15-year warranty is a testament to the confidence of Silestone’s performance and gives homeowners a true long-term investment for the kitchen and bath — the two most-frequently remodeled rooms of the home,” said Lorenzo Marquez, vice president of marketing for Cosentino North America.
Warranties must be activated within 60 days of installation to be eligible under the new warranty. Those interested in taking advantage of the new warranty can activate their registered warranty or obtain a Transfer of Ownership form by going online, or contacting Cosentino North America by phone or in writing.
