Coverings Sticks with Orlando Through 2029

ORLANDO — Coverings is returning to this central Florida city next year … and will stay until 2029.

The industry event will take place next April 6-9 at the Orange County Convention Center and mark the beginning of the event remaining in Orlando for three consecutive years.

“Coverings is where the entire tile and stone ecosystem—from distributors, dealers, retailers and installers to architects, designers, builders, remodelers and fabricators—comes together, said Jamie Rich Coverings managing director, “to connect and form new relationships with industry peers and find the latest tile, stone and machinery product innovations.

“Bringing Coverings back to Orlando for 2027 and continuing that momentum through the 2028 and 2029 shows creates an exciting multi-year opportunity to unite the global tile-and-stone community in one of the country’s most-dynamic event destinations.”

Orlando is a mainstay for Coverings, hosting the event 14 times since 2000; the latest edition being 2025. Other locations during that time were Las Vegas (4, including this year), Atlanta (3, last in 2024), Chicago (3, last in 2016), and New Orleans (1 in 2001).

New Orleans also planned to host 2020 event that was cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions.
