Park Digital Stoneworking Expo a Hit in Honolulu
ST. CLOUD, Minn. – Park Industries® welcomed 74 fabricators from the United States and Canada in early October to Honolulu for the company’s latest Digital Stoneworking Expo (DSE).
Although many came from local Hawaiian shops, others attending traveled from as far away as New Hampshire for the Oct. 4 event, which kicked off with a traditional luau.
Besides the opportunity to meet with fellow fabricators, attendees observed live machine demonstrations, including Park’s JAVELIN™ CNC Sawjet and SlabVision™ Scanner.
Hands-on training took place at two local shops: Todd Branson Stoneworks and Top Priority Inc. It also introduced a new educational approach to the DSE, with sessions giving fabricators real-world insights into advanced mitering techniques and the digital fabrication process.
Keynote speaker Joseph L. Sine, a construction litigation lawyer, spoke on silica safety regulations and OSHA compliance.
Park officials deemed the event “highly successful.”
Park Industries will continue its Digital Stoneworking Expos in 2025. For more details go to www.parkindustries.com/dse.
