MSI a “Top Workplace” Again

ORANGE, Calif. – M S International Inc. (MSI) is recognized again for its achievement of three Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Awards for 2024. 

MSI received honors for its outstanding Purpose and Values, Leadership, and Innovation.

The awards are presented by Energage and are based on a comprehensive engagement survey that draws on data from millions of employees across tens of thousands of organizations. Top Workplace awards are determined exclusively through employee feedback.

The Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Awards recognize the nation’s leading organizations that excel in key aspects of workplace culture. MSI was honored for:

■ Purpose & Values, which honors organizations that effectively convey their mission and embed those aspirations into their company culture;

■ Leadership, which recognizes leaders who instill confidence in employees and guide the company’s direction by actively listening to employee concerns and incorporate their feedback into decision-making, and;

■ Innovation, which highlights organizations that foster a culture of creativity, where new ideas are actively encouraged in an environment that supports employees n reaching their full potential and enhances overall performance.

Chris Courneen, MSI’s vice president of human resources, said the company is thrilled to receive the awards again this year, and that the company dedicates itself to communicating its core values to every team member.
